Thought Field Therapy (TFT) – An Immediate Solution for
Jet Lag and Fear of Flying
When you’re travelling across time zones for business or holidays, jet lag can leave you feeling fatigued and run-down. When your biological clock is disrupted, some might suggest all kinds of stopgap measures to ease the symptoms, ranging from changing your diet to shifting your sleep/wake cycle several days before departing. But rarely do these eliminate the problem.
Most experts believe that jet lag is caused by changes in the traveller’s eating and sleeping schedules, but there’s more to jet lag than radical disruptions to the circadian rhythms. The Earth’s electromagnetic environment affects all living things and some believe that the primary cause of jet lag is the rapid crossing of the north-south electromagnetic lines of force surrounding the Earth as we travel in an easterly or westerly direction.
The Department of Transport has details of studies undertaken into the causes and the effects of jet lag. Many of the results vary. What is acknowledged across all the studies is that the direct effects of jet lag are:
-
Fatigue
-
Reduced alertness/concentration
-
Impairment of mental performance, including memory
-
Reduced motivation
-
Irritability
-
Nausea/digestive problems
Some find travelling in an eastward direction difficult, others find westward travel more so. Some people need several days – sometimes as much as a week – of adjustment after jetting off around the globe. Since Donna Bond introduced TFT to her clients she has been able to eliminate all traces of jet lag in minutes!

TFT works by the client simply finger-tapping on various specific points on the body, accessing the body’s energy and clearing blockages, without the use of acupuncture needles, drugs or other invasive means.
